endlich ist die Bundesnetzagentur aufgewacht. Betrifft nicht nur Telefónica, sondern auch Lycamobile.

Die haben gerade eine Strafe in Holland bekommen:
Dutch regulator ACM has fined MVNO Lycamobile EUR 196,000 for charging too-high roaming fees in the EU in 2011-12. The regulator was alerted to the problem after receiving complaints on its Consuwijzer platform. The ACM said Lycamobile has since remedied the problem and refunded customers, and the amount of the fine takes into account the operator's cooperation in the investigation.

Schön, dass Herr Weidner wohl inzwischen selbst von einem Widerspruch zur EU-Roaming-Regelung ausgeht. Herr Moleda war zu dieser Einschätzung bisher hier nicht bereit.
