AllInclusive?

Wenn bei der AllInclusive-Option der Telekom wirklich alle Konditionen wie im Inland gelten, trifft dies auch auf Spotify zu? Kann ich also auch im Ausland Spotify nutzen ohne, dass das Datenvolumen belastet wird?
