Confused English Speaker

Please excuse me for typing in english, but I do not trust my German for more complicated subjects like DSL. I am trying to select a "gunstiger" provider (ISP).

I am with 1&1 on 9.90 for 2gb max per month. My telephone is with DT and I make bige use via teletarif of the best prices for calls.

I pay for T-ISDN - @23 euros pmth and T-DSL 1000 @14 euros pm. My telephone bill per month is about 7-8 euros for inland calls and 9-11 euros for ausland calls.

I want to move to a "grenzelos" usage with 2-3000 mb download speed, i dont see the need for more. I dont want to pay questionable additional one time charges for transferring.

Can anyone please reccmmend a good provider to meet my needs, it is optional whether this should include telephone calling.
