Die ITU ist ja noch unambitionierter als Merkel III. Ein Bericht in welchem ein ISDN-Anschluss mit Kanalbündelung schon als Breitbandanschluss gilt ist für mich absolut wertlos. Alle Zahlen sehe ich als klar geschönt an.
